THE CHRISTMAS ADVENT COUNTDOWN!

You’ll need to register for a Prize Lab account before entering any of our competitions.

Choose the competition you’d like to enter and select the number of entries you want, subject to any entry limits shown on the competition page.

Most of our competitions do not require a Competition Question. Where a particular competition does include a question or other entry requirement, this will be clearly shown on the competition page and you must satisfy that requirement for your entry to be valid.

Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and pay using one of the permitted payment methods displayed. Credit cards are not accepted.

After your entry has been processed, your ticket number(s) will be randomly allocated and you’ll receive confirmation by email. You can also view your entries from your account.

Every competition page contains the specific rules, prize information, entry limits and draw details that apply to that competition, so please make sure you read these before entering.

A free entry route is also available. Full details can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

Here are 3 ways to find your ticket number for a draw.

1. As soon as you enter on the confirmation page you will see ticket numbers.

2. On your confirmation email for the competitions you will see your ticket numbers.

3. Log into your account, go to ‘My account’ – My Tickets – You can see all live and past ticket numbers there.

Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, subject to any additional eligibility requirements stated on the relevant Competition page.

Certain people connected with The Prize Lab, its employees, suppliers or the administration of a Competition may not be eligible to enter. Full eligibility requirements can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

We only share personal information with third parties where this is necessary to provide our services, administer a Competition, fulfil a prize or comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

Full details about how we collect, use, retain and protect your personal information, together with your privacy rights, are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Yes, unless stated otherwise on the relevant Competition page, you may purchase multiple entries up to the maximum entry limit shown.

Entries are also subject to any applicable monthly spend limit, account restriction, pause or suspension.

Please keep participation fun and within limits you are comfortable with. You can manage your player-protection settings through your account or contact us for assistance.

Your chance of winning depends on the Competition you enter, the number of tickets available and, where applicable, the number of prizes available.

The maximum number of tickets available is clearly displayed on every Competition page so you can understand the maximum possible odds before entering.

Where a Competition includes Instant Wins or a specific advertised winning frequency, additional information about those prizes and odds will be displayed on the relevant Competition page.

Purchasing more valid entries gives you more entries in the relevant draw, subject to the Competition entry limits and your account-level player-protection limits.
